- Mobile Reporting
- The inspection report will include both summarized and detailed findings, available in desktop and mobile formats for your convenience. Additionally, the report will feature photos, thermal images, and/or aerial shots from the inspection to provide clear visual context for the observations made.
- Aerial Inspections
- We are FAA Part 107 licensed to operate drones for aerial inspections, allowing us to make thorough assessments of building or roof areas where access may be limited. The roof will be inspected for its condition, including previous repairs, signs of wear, and potential points of water entry. Based on our findings, we provide recommendations to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Termites & Moisture
- We are licensed under NYS DEC Part 7C to conduct termite and wood-destroying insect (WDI) inspections and to provide an inspector-signed and completed NPMA-33 form, as required for FHA, HUD, and VA loans. Utilizing thermal imaging and/or other moisture metering devices, we check for active leaks or ongoing issues in areas with evidence of moisture intrusion to identify any potential major expenses.
