- Mobile Reporting Technology
- In inspecting your property, the latest state-of-the-art mobile software and internet platform is utilized to deliver an informative report for your review, in detailed and/or summarized formats. Photos from the inspection are also included in the report in both web and PDF file formats.
- Aerial Inspections
- Beyond the Standards of Practice, we make every effort to inspect the roof for its condition: previous repairs, wear, and any possible points of water entry. In situations where the roof is too high or inaccessible, we are FAA Part 107 licensed to fly a drone to perform aerial inspections.
- Moisture & Termites
- Structures are inspected for damages, active leaks, and moisture levels with proper moisture detection equipment. We are also NYS DEC Part 7C licensed to perform termite inspections, should the home present signs of infestation. We also handle drafting of NPMA-33 forms.
- Other Tools
- Equipped with all the necessary tools for proper inspection of your home, you can rest assured if there is cause for concern, it will be found.
